The best thing about this hotel is that it’s in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to everything but not in the hustle bustle. The other best thing is the proprietor Stefano is lovely. He’s friendly and generous and kind. The room we stayed in was clean and well equipped. It flet like a little slice of peace after running around Rome.

This place is the place to stay in Roma if you want a more quiet and non-touristy experience. It is in the Prati District right behind Castel Sant'Angelo (formerly Hadrian's Mausoleum) and next to Vatican City. It is a short walk to 'Central Rome' just across the Tiber and the accommodations are OUTSTANDING. Stefano is the most gracious host and I cannot recommend his place enough. Rome is one of the best cities in the world and I definitely believe Cassiodoro19 is the best place to stay in the city.

Really enjoyed this stay when visiting Rome, only a short walk to the Vatican City and close to other main attractions in Rome, local to supermarkets and bars, but on a quiet street. The apartment was bigger than it seems on the pictures and felt quite spacious. Easy to find, and we felt safe. Stefano was a lovely host, always helpful when we saw him! Asking about our day and giving recommendations. Overall it was an amazing stay!

A charming gem in Roma!

We had a wonderful stay at Stèfano’s place. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Rome in the future. It was in a quiet residential part of town, but within walking distance to all the major sights. Beds were comfortable, rooms were cozy & clean. I absolutely loved the charm & character of this place. Stèfano’s recommendations of restaurants & places to go were all wonderful & very helpful for our short stay there. I would highly recommend his accommodations. Thank you for everything Stèfano!

Perfect stay

We’ve just returned from a lovely stay! The property is in a great location and we walked absolutely everywhere. There are some lovely cafes and restaurants just around the corner too. Communication was brilliant and Stefano arranged airport transfers for us. Francesco greeted us at check in which was quite late and he went to the shop to get my little boy some milk which was so kind of him. The hosts were absolutely lovely, the room is really comfortable and everything was great. Thanks for a great weekend.
