Flights were canceled and called Hotel as instructed by Hotels.com No one at Hotel spoke English however I did speak with one that seemed to comprehend. Thought they cancelled both rooms. Instead I was charged for both rooms . As a Gold Member I would think Hotels.com would resolve instead they have done nothing.
