Good hotel for a stop over, breakfast had a good variety of options. Room was clean and large. Parking was on the street but next to the hotel where there is security watching. Can recommend.

Excellent location, terrible service

We had issues at check-in where staff were abrupt to the point of being rude, and extremely unhelpful. I had to literally drag all our luggage up a ramp into the building whilst carrying my daughter. The room was dusty and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the floor which seeped into the room. I raised some of these issues with the manager Khedir who was actually very nice and helpful. He sent a fruit platter to apologise, which we appreciated. However, that very same day we came back to a room where they had not left a single towel. On checkout again, I was offered no help with moving my luggage down onto the street to be loaded into a taxi. The location of this hotel is however excellent. That tram stop is literally across the road, or you could take a leisurely stroll down to the old city.

Antepte 2 gün konakta 2 günde bu otelde kaldık, otel 5 yıldız ayarındaydı odalar çok geniş konforlu ve temizdi banyo yine çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. otelin lobisi kahvaltı alanı ferah ve modern. kahvaltısıda oldukca güzeldi biz çok memnun kaldık . otel yetkilisi gelip memnun olup olmadığımızı bir eksiğin olup olmadığını sordu. Otelin konumda çok iyi bir yerde yeni Antep merkezinde tam tramvay durağında yürüyerek kale ve turistik yerlere çarşıya gidilebilir. biz memnun kaldık resepsiyon ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. herkese tavsiye ederim başka otel aramaya gerek yok Antepte.

Hampton Gaziantep'te büyük lüks otellerin komforuyla küçük otellerin samimiliği biraraya gelmiş. Çift olarak 4 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanların her daim güleryüzlü ve ilgili olması gerçekten önemli bir etkendi. Otel ve odalar çok temiz, kahvaltı çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Kötü yorum verenlere aldanıp neredeyse gelmeyecektik, iyi ki gelmişiz dedik. Bir sonraki gelişimiz için otel aramaktan kurtulduk. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
