Everything was great - however there were no windows to open and the aircon was blowing hot air which made it stuffy and unpleasant to sleep in. Great location though, close to the airport and staff very helpful.

Very flash place to stay, marble everywhere, on the floor and in the columns. Large rooms and the shower and bathroom is the size of a small room. Staff were pleasant and had a nice meal in the restaurant. Good location right on the Swan River.

We had one night at the Swan River Hotel, Huge double bed, rooms very clean, unfortunately they had an electrical shut down in the area so had a few problems with a couple of electrical plugs & TV also the restaurant was closed. Would stay here again. Electrical problems was NOT fault of the hotel.

Just had a quick nights stay after landing late. Nice location on river. Furnishings a bit old fashioned. Odd to see a list of items in the room and their cost if damaged?
