I have stayed at this hotel a few times in recent years and always check availability when I plan to spend time in Bangkok. The hotel is very reasonably priced for its location and facilities. It is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend Citrus 11 to those looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay in the centre of Bangkok – the hotel is close to important transportation networks, and to nightlife and restaurants.

I had to stay here on a last minute booking, and the pricing was the best in town. The location is at the top of Soi 11 and can be a good walk to or a fast moto-taxi ride up. There are many food options around as well as 2 7/11's feet from each other. The rooms are modern and well decorated. I would definitely stay again.
