Bed bugs beware!

After I checked in, I pulled up one side of the sheets and mattress protector. I didn’t see any. The room was also missing the extra top lock feature. Later the same day I returned to the hotel and was lying on the bed. I saw a bed bug on the sheets and one on the pillow. I jumped up and I was happy that I had not put my belongings on the bed. I told the front desk and had to text Hotels.com that there was bed bugs. They called the hotel and promised a refund. Waiting for the refund.

This is our third stay here and we will always stay here as it’s in a good location. It’s quiet and although it needs updating (which they are working on in February 2024) it’s good for busy travellers who only really need the basics. We will definitely stay again.

I have been here before and I’ll come back again. It’s a no frills room and hotel but it’s a great central for everything you want to do. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and good tv and microwave and refrigerator. I felt safe and the bathroom was very clean and the air worked well.

The property badly needs to be remodeled. If you change out to a white comforter, it would make it more updated. No coffee, tea or ceramic cup! I even brought my own coffee and milk. The little plastic cups that you provide would not withstand microwave heat. Please at least provide an electric water kettle!
