I would like to thank the hotel manager on duty on 6 Aug - he walked me to the Meitetsu building at 0650 hrs to take the train to Chubu Int airport. He goes the extra mile for the hotel guest. Much appreciated.

Great place all around. Rooms are bigger than those we've found in other high end Japan hotels. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, breakfast buffet is excellent. Amazing number of restaurants nearby. Only drawback is the massive number of people coming through Nagoya station overwhelm the restaurants, with 30 or more people lining up outside all the places you'd like to go -- although the many less popular restaurants are not bad.

The hotel room is spacious. The staff are friendly. And it’s conveniently located. It’s close to shopping, dining and the train station. However it’s noisy because of the bullet trains. Our room is on the 30th floor but we could hear the trains coming and going every few minutes. I will not stay here again. I prefer a quieter area.

Very helpful staff. Great location and room.

The staff were wonderful and typically Japanese they were super polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant and room service is very tasty. The rooms are very comfortable. I had the best sleep in weeks in that bed. I did have to request a room with a desk when I first arrived but this was no problem for the staff and they switched my room immediately without hesitation. Finally the location is excellent as it is right above Nagoya station ( no noise) and there is also a shopping center from floors 1 to 10 and dozens of restaurants on floors 12 and 13. Nagoya castle is only a short 15-20 minute walk away and with the trip. The Toyota museum is also about 15 minute walk and I really really recommend going to have a look at that. It is very interesting.

This is just right above the metro station and JR station. We arrived by 9pm weekday; there are still lots of choices of restaurants. That's impressed us. We paid extra fee for using pools, sauna, jacuzzi and something like onsen. We spent an hour or so to exercise and relax. The views from the room/ pool/ onsen are fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable.

Hotel is situated in central nagoya with Takashimaya and subway stations below. The area is very crowded so it is hard to find places to eat for lunch and dinner. The room is cleaned. However, our sleep is disturbed by guests staying on 26th floor who keep stomping the floor. A random japanese lady also trying to open our room door which is kind of scary. Other than that the 2 nights stay is somehow pleasant.

I Will Never stay In this Horel. I made a reservation 2 single Bed Deluxe Room. Buit I cecked I Preson as Usual..I They give me a Penalty Fee. One day 8000 yen I payed 16000 yen for 2days. I admit My mistake. But Their Rule is too much. Moreover when Front desk man Was really Really Aggressive when he talked to me about Penalty fee. Who want To Stay In marriot associate hotel?
