I spent 3 nights here. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! The breakfast varied each day and was consistently excellent!! After a lot of walking, it was great to relax by the pool!! One thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit of a walk to and from downtown. However, the 42 or 45 buses stop right at the hotel, making it quite convenient!

Very well situated and convenient hotel. Offers airport transfer (complimentary). Breakfast is filling but quite basic. Aircon couldn't get the temperature in the room below 25 C, but was not as noisy as I was expecting after some other reviews.

Well maintained hotel. The room we stayed was clean and comfortable. They provided free airport transfers which is a big thing for us. Buffet breakfast was good we enjoyed it. The only thing that affected our whole experience was the traffic that day, for a 15 mins travel from airport to hotel took more than an hour to get there because they was a celebration happening. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel

It was ok! Facilities are good but not very well maintained. An extra clean and paint would change the atmosphere. Staff seemed to be a bit shy or not proactive to help too much. It wasn’t a bad experience but not a good one as well… I am under the impression that they might be used to have guests traveling for work more than for tourism as on my last day, the receptionist found me a driver to explore Brunei by car but he doesn’t speak English, and it made my day quite difficult.

タクシー使わないとどこにも行けない国なので、予約後からのツアー営業メールが多かったです こちらのホテルはスタッフの方達がとても親切で拙い英語でも聞き取って色々教えてくださいました 朝食は期待は全然してませんでしたが、何を食べてよいか悩む微妙な内容でした シャワーは水圧強いくらいで問題はないです 最上階だったからか空調はジワジワ効いてくる部屋でした
