Comfortable, updated and clean room and front desk clerk is competent and friendly. The bad issues are that there are no elevators, it was difficult to shlep our big suitcases to the top floor and road outside was incredibly noisy all night long.

We absolutely loved this hotel!!!

My buddy and I flew out from Atlanta for a boys weekend in Vancouver and we absolutely loved this hotel. The Staff were incredible, the rooms were clean and functional. There are several really inexpensive and great restaurants very close by. We usually stay in super high end “W” style hotels and we really appreciated this “dive bar” hotel. We will positively be back.

Okay place with the loveliest of staff

The loveliest of staff! No issues with booking. However, not very nice or clean for the price (but guess that’s just how things are these days?). Hairs in bathroom, bathroom sink very slow to drain (needs snaking!), and weird rumbling noise in room (AC?) that made it hard to sleep. This was room 115.
