The hotel is nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. The pool is great although the long chairs are quite old. The only major disappointment was that it is far from the downtown area so we had to order a Tuk Tuk to take us there or walk for about 30 minutes.

Great stay

The place is a great stay for a couple of days. You can easily go to see the river dolphins from here and enjoy the town. The service is great. They even offer free Rikshaw drives to town. They also change dollars and help you organise cheap bus tickets to other towns. The food was great too here and the happy hour ensures you get nice cocktails for very little money. The pool could be cleaned a bit more frequently and the property in general could do with a little more maintenance but for this price, an amazing place to stay!

This moderate hotel was a good value for the price, especially the huge 2-double bed room. It had the expected amenities: AC, fridge, big bathroom, big open air dining area (much more agreeable in the daytime) and booking service for on-going travel (minivans to Doh Det in Laos. The only thing I didn’t like was the location, a tuk-tuk ride or hot walk from the older French colonial part of the city on the Mekong River.

Our Beds were dirty and we hat mouseshit on them. The tapwater was sometimes brown and smelled. We had no towels and when we asked for some, the said, the runned out of towels, maybe tomorrow. The next day we got st least one towel with big holes. The Pool was the best of the Hotel, it was nice and clean but only 10 sunbeds for many guests.

Pleasant stay

With the expectation that you're staying in rural Cambodia this place hits all the marks- big room, working air con, hot powerful shower, clean, working toilet, adequately comfortable bed, good value for money. Very lovely and helpful staff who speak English. It's a bit of a walk into the main part of town where the bus drops you off and main restaurants and amenities are. Tuk tuks aren't plentiful so be prepared to walk which we didn't mind. It's a little run down and could use some renovations but overall a good stay.

Mutter Tochter Trip

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, schlecht gestrichenen Wänden, keine abgetrennte Dusche, sehr hartes Bett. Es war aber sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool nebst Umgebung sieht auch nicht mehr so wie auf den Hotelfotos aus. Großes Plus für die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten sowie kostenloser Tuktuk ins Stadtzentrum, Reinigungsservice und Busticketorganisation. Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen a la cart war immer gut und schmackhaft. Störend war die Lautstärke am Abend-die Nachbar mögen wohl Karaoke. Preis-Leistung passt hier. Man darf kein Luxus erwarten.

Staff very friendly but room quite rundown and small without windows. Did have air con which was good. Difficult location to find down a dark alley. Well away from centre. But I suppose for $20 / night it's OK for a night.

Bra og billig hotell !

Hotellet er veldig hyggelig. Rommet var litt slitt og innestengt, men rent og gode dusjer. Pluss for vannkoker og kaffe hver dag på rommet. Personalet var utrolig vennlige og hjelpsomme. Fin restaurant og grei swimmingpool. Ligger litt ut av sentrum, men de har gratis tuk tuk når du måtte ønske det. De har også utleie av sykler og scootere til en billig penge. Rolig sted. Dette stedet vil jeg absolutt anbefale til den lave prisen.
