Over all we had a great stay. Fantastic pool area close to the bar. There was a LOT of sun beds but not enough umbrellas. The hotel policy of no reserving of sun beds was mostly followed. It says that smoking is not allowed. But everywere you went you could smell cigarette smoke. Motstöt by the pool and in front of the stage area during the shows. Which for me With kids is not so nice! We staten for ten days and the food was pretty much the same every day. So after three days we would have loved having something else. The rooftop in our bathroom was moldy. And in the shower there was a hole in the roof which leaked water down in to the tub. There was only three electrical outlets in the room. One beside the bed, one in the bathroom and one up by the ceeling for the tv. Not even one per person.

Ideal para quem viaja em família e especialmente com crianças. A limpeza dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar mas no resto do hotel é razoável. Espaços exteriores muito bem cuidados e muitas actividades para se ocupar. Várias piscinas para miúdos e graúdos mas em especial o parque infantil dentro de água. Restaurante com muito cuidado na higiene e na limpeza do espaço com muita quantidade mas pouca variedade.mas para uma semana de férias serve perfeitamente. E uma boa equipa de animação com vários shows e com muitas atividades para os hóspedes. Com boa rede de transportes públicos ao lado do hotel. E o hotel oferece um transfere para a cala S.domingos.

disappointed

not impressed with the food, often cold not a great selection or variation, we went out to eat alot. room ok but not very big, not enough pillows, coat hangers or storage for a family reception /staff lovely as were room cleaners . i believe entertainment went on a bit too late. wouldn’t go back sorry

Agréablement surprise pour un établissement 3 étoiles All Inclusif, mérite un 4 étoile. L'hôtel est propre et entretenu. Les chambres son nettoyées et serviette changées tout les jours. La restauration est tout à fait correcte, le personnel est très réactif pour débarrasser rapidement les tables et balayer les systématiquement. Horaires tardif pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel de l'accueil est à l'écoute et serviable (changement de chambre et de matelas...) Je recommande grandement.

Alt i alt et godt hotel. Lækre poolområder, maden var god og nogenlunde varieret, is og mange forskellige drikkemuligheder fulgte med i all inclusive, massere af liggestole og rengøring på værelserne hver dag. Forskellig aftenunderholdning og aktiviteter hver dag til børn og voksne. Minusserne er klart larmen i spisesalen - det var uudholdeligt og de meget små altaner + Aftenshow der først slutter kl. 23 og larmer meget, når man har udgang mod scenen. Man kan gå til nærmeste by på 15-20 minutter.

I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

Moyen mais plage tout proche

Avis mitigé, un petit lit double au lieu de deux lits simples, pas de wifi dans la chambre, nourriture sous forme de buffet peu variée (en 5 soir même pas une paella), absence de choix local. Les fumeurs sur les balcons des chambres sont insupportables. Stationnement facile, bon choix dans les boissons, belle plage de sable accessible directement en 5 minutes à pied. Rien à dire sur la propriété.

When we arrived, the gentlemen in reception was not friendly at all. I had said on my booking notes that I have 2 children and on their notes said 2 infants. After we paid the extra £200 pounds we got direct to a room with 2 travel cots, after the whole process taking over 2 hours to check in resulting us going to bed at 3 am. Everyone was friendly in the hotel.

Para ser un hotel familiar le hace falta por lo menos una nevera en la habitación ya que con niños siempre tienes que tener algo fresco. Cada día la comida variaba sutilmente personal amable y las actividades para los niños muy bien el ruido no me molestó y lo mejor no iba nadie borracho pero los mayores no respetan y fuman por todos lados aunque hayan niños... En fin hotel normal🙂

You get what you pay for. It is cheap, noisy, incredibly noisy restaurant, very low ceilings and uncomfortable to be in to eat, way too small for the amount of people. Same with the shuttle that is provided to go to the beach, way too small for the amount of people that are on the hotel. Thin walls, you hear everything from the other rooms, including fights btw the couples, very awful. However, again, you get what you pay for. Cheap in every way.
