The property is outdated, the rooms are musty smell, the showers are moldy, the floors in rooms are not in good shape. Seems like a plywood issue. The hotel is rated 5 stars and it’s sitting right next door to Carlton Hotel is also a 5 stars. Carlton is indeed a 5 star with phenomenal service. The Radisson Blu customer service and staff was a hit or miss.

This is a hotel more suitable for business than vacation. Staff in reception are not properly trained for meeting tourists. Ni greetomgs, no smiles… Your a client, not a guest. Example. I used room service late at night. My wine was bad. Yet, they insisted on my paying.
