Bit like a Premier Inn, you know what to expect

Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

Staff were not helpful, moved the reception into the restaurant so we’re queuing to check in, in a busy restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights, had to get staff attention for more drinks, was not taken care of. Room was average, bathroom needs updating, air con didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable.

The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?

Blev bedt om at vente, da vi kom med vores kufferter for at tjekket ind - det var mere vigtigt for for ham, der stod i receptionen at tælle kassebeholdningen op !! For derefter at begynde at pjatte med sin kollega!! Vi stod nok omkring 10 min førend vi allernådigst kunne få lov til at tjekke ind. Extrem blød seng - og et badeværelse der skriger på afkalkning !! Morgenbuffeten var ok.

La réception est à revoir, quand la personne vous regarde de derrière le mur vitrė de la cuisine et qu' elle ose vous dire" vous avez attendu longtemps ? Inadmissible. Ensuite il n' y avait pas de lumières dans la chambre, la décision a été prise rapidement nous avons déménagé dans une autre chambre et le lendemain nous avions dû changer encore de chambre parce que le matelas était creux au milieu et faisait mal au dos. 3nuits= 3 chambres différentes c'est la totale. Difficile à avaler pour un hôtel qui est propre et bien situé

voor de liefhebbers, of gewoon een goed verblijf.

Standaard kamer met alle voorzieningen, in mijn geval een "sportzaal" inrichting wat geslaagd is. De wellness is zeer volledig met alles erop en er aan, een aanrader, voor degenen die geen probleem hebben met het verplichte naakt.
