The staff member working the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. However the room was very dirty. Every surface had thick dust, grime or sticky residue on it. The curtains smelled very bad. The WiFi didn't work the vast majority of the time we were there. The mini fridge didn't work- it was barely cool. We heard the electronic chime of the front door entrance go off all day and night very loudly in our room. Some of the toiletries provided were used and half empty, like the lotion and conditioner. We were in an "accessible room" and the toilet did have grab bars, however the shower was a step-in tub without a bench, and only had grab bars far inside of it. None to grab outside of the tub to assist with stepping in. There weren't any bugs which is great, and again the staff were very friendly and helpful, even accommodating early check in and assisting with my bag. But it was very hard to sleep with the door chime, the Internet not working was a major problem when there wasn't cell signal in our room either, and it was just not as functional nor clean as it should have been for the price unfortunately. Very outdated and in need of some TLC.
