Good location in Chelsea
I had a wonderful stay at the High Line Hotel. The location is tucked just off the High Line, which made it feel peaceful and quiet while still being close to everything. The building itself has an older charm that adds to the character of the experience. The bed was excellent, one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel, which made for a great night’s rest. Overall, it’s a unique and relaxing place to stay in the city, perfect if you want comfort and a quieter atmosphere without being far from the action.

Great experience
Frank checked me in. Not only was he super friendly, but he also gave me an upgrade so that I could overcome my jet lag more easily ☺️

Disappointing
Iconic building...the hotel is lacking amenities. No front desk, very few good food options, and very expensive overpriced outdoor bar; expensive cocktails that were not good.

Very nice, quaint hotel, very close to the highline and good walking. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work in the middle of July so it was a very hot night of sleep!

The property is a classic older hotel with beautiful clean accommodations and a great coffee shop. There is a tree covered patio and courtyard. The staff is helpful and very welcoming!

Charming hotel in a perfect location. Very friendly helpful staff, good WiFi, I was able to work remotely. Linens and amenities are excellent. Supperb café on the premises. Hotel being dog friendly, is a huge plus for me. Would be great to have a washlet seat in the bathroom is the only suggestion. Highly recommend, definitely will stay again.

A beautiful, historic property in a quiet part of Manhattan. Centrally located, but far enough to have a respite after a day of sightseeing. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants frequented by locals are nearby.
Hotel hallways are a little run down, but the rooms are spacious (compared to other NYC hotels).

Lots of perks and trustworthy services.
Its an amazing stay, it also provided an umbrella, just in the time of rainy weather. Have a coffee cafe and its also friendly with dogs as well. I love this place and will definitely come back again!
