A very disappointing hotel where you seem to have to pay extra for almost everything, even basic amenities. Even room cleaning—which should be included in the price—comes with a surprise: you have to request it every single day. The hotel is expensive, poorly located, and the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, it offers very poor value for money, and I would not stay here again.

They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.

Valgte hotellet blant annet pga parkingsplass. Det var parkert så dårlig av andre gjester at selv om det var tre ledige plasser, gikk det ikke an å parkere der. Måtte lete etter parkering og stå et annet sted. Ellers fint hotell, rent og veldig god frokost.
