Ridiculous

I had no room key due to the precious occupants of the room damaging the lock and the 24 hour attendant said they were unable to make a key. I had to go to the front desk for her to let me in anytime I left me room. There was an image drawn on the floor in what looked like axle grease. The bed coverlets had cigarette burn holes. No discount was offered and I was told there were no other rooms.

This place is disgusting! The sheets were worn thin…the room smelled musty…the walls in the room were dirty and plaster was peeling off….no pool…no breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Great to stay at for visiting!

I booked a room to stay at since I was visiting a loved one at the federal facility that was closed by. The person in the front was very accommodating! The room was very comfortable and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. I have booked a second stay.

Great beds, clean rooms, plentiful hot water, great minifridge and microwave, very comfortable room. Stopped-up sink, front desk not responsive when called, bathroom fan not working, dry wall peeling off from shower ceiling.

Two stars at best, never again will challenge

Checked in 6:30pm, told no king bed as I booked two days before, would two queens be ok. I replied I don’t any choose do I? I’m told “No”. Take the room 215, TV remote no batteries, no satellite remote—back to office to request help—response yeah no batteries just press the button on the side of the TV and the satellite remote is along the side. I go back to the room thinking ok shadows I could have missed a white remote. Check again-absolutely no remote. At this time I’m told by my travel companion that there is no soap, we need towels and the toilet wasn’t flushed. I return to the office again—amazed the office, she said let me see if the other dual queen is better. I follow to the back side of the building through a hallway that the carpet has not been cleaned in several weeks, to the other room#210. Upon opening that room she sees no satellite remote, I see the beds have not been remade or someone had just laid down one the one set of pillows. Obviously this room was not ready for any guest either. She returned to the office and brings me the missing items. I had to leave the TV on all night or get out of bed to turn it off like in the 70’s. Shower tile is new, hasn’t been used—the layer of dust proved it. Tub spout misfit to wall, just cosmetic. The toilet is missing base bolts and rocks as you sit and even by just the force of the power flush ( nice upgrade). No toilet paper rest or holder—reach behind yourself. holes in the room’s walls, and only decaf coffee.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. She left a note saying she’d be back in 15-20 minutes. It took an hour. I asked for a refill cation in the price due to the inconvenience but was told she already dinged my card before I arrived I’ve never had this problem before and it was upsetting

8/10 Very good

The room was good and I was pleased with it. That is what I most want in a hotel. The exterior of the hotel is a little bit run-down in appearance as if it has seen better days. That is why I did not give the highest rating.

Room was clean. Outside of property is in bad shape. No ice machine or free coffee available.

Wouldn't stay there again.

Well i asked for bottom floor didn't get that...then they were shooting a movie right in between where we were at. And was told to go back inside when we were on the balcony because they were shooting a scene. Not ok we should have not been placed in that spot if a movie was being filmed.

Upon arrival was informed that non-smoking room was unavailable. The only room available was in very poor condition. No ice machine, no phone in room, no vending machine on site. Ceiling had large water stains. Stained bedspread.

2/10 Poor

The staff was rude. We asked for another towel because the one in our room looked dirty and he said he would have to charge us extra. The room was dirty: we found dirty socks under the bed, the sheets were stained and we didn’t feel confident they were clean and the room and entire hotel was run down and dirty. PASS on this one!!

Bed was squeeky, but comfortable. Bathroom clean. But fixed up with cheap products. Spiderwebs in doorways. No door trim. Outside not kept up. But slept well. Price inexpensive. Butwouldn'tsagain.
Cheryl, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The bathroom light was extremely dim. There was no type of breakfast. No ice machine plus I seen the washer in the hallway so how are they washing things. No chair in our room like the pictures show. Parking lot has a lot of potholes. The check in lady was very nice. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. No hand rail in bath tub or no. Slip pads. No phone for the 24/7 room service. For the price it was okay I guess.
Mark, 1-night trip

No breakfast at all served, no one in office. Anytime you needed someone you had to call and wait for someone to show up. Pool looked like it had not been used in years. Room had stains on ceilings and on furniture. Building needs alot of maintenance. No ice machine and no working drink machine.Parking lot had alot of potholes.

Came in Clutch

They accommodated me in the middle of the morning and I really appreciated that. Travel nurse. There wasnt many rooms or options in the area and Econo Lodge didnt dissappoint
Shonta, 3-night trip

No washcloths, TV didn't have a signal. I reserved a smoking room, but they were all taken by the time we arrived. We have a dog, but got stuck with a 2nd floor room in the back (which is the first floor in the front). Won't be staying there again.

The only good thing about my stay at Econ o Lodge was the front desk worker. She went above and beyond to rectify the issues we were experiencing. There were bedbugs in the beds and my children and grandchildren and myself were bitten several times. This is after having no tv service either.
