Nice surprise in Tacloban

Hotel in the centre of town and close to everything, room is a good size and air con works fine. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the coffee kept flowing, the staff at breakfast were also very friendly. I will stay here again on my next visit to Tacloban.

Reasonably priced stay in Tacloban City. Not a luxury property, but aspiring to be better than average for the area. Three restaurants with good quality food, as well as a coffee shop in the lobby. The Japanese place on the roof had a hip atmosphere and delicious sushi and ramen. Rooms are on the small side but with very comfortable beds. WiFi was inconsistent and AC needed to be repaired.

We loved our stay at XYZ hotel. The staff were really helpful, polite and friendly. The room was really nice and the bed was huge and comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the water pressure was really low in the shower. It was fluctuating badly and sounded like there was a lot of air in the pipework. Other than that we loved our stay there.

Pool is out of service which is not good because thats the reason why I choose the hotel. Front desk service is poor and check in experience is very bad. Comfort in room is good but calling maintenance takes long to nothing. Good thing I am also a hotel maintenance technician and manage to fixed the air-con. Checking out with extra fee due to I forgot the room key card. And it was not explained during the check in. Restaurant has an excellent food and service.
