We stayed here recently for one night after our cruise and found it the perfect spot to enjoy a day in Santiago. It was close to some great restaurants, and an easy walk to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop near the funicular. Modern, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. We are light breakfast eaters, so it was great for us, but if you would like a hearty breakfast, may not be something you like. They also arranged our cab to the airport at the end of the day and had no problem storing our bags for our day of exploring.

Great location, easily walkable

We really enjoyed this location. The hotel was beautiful, safe and had a great breakfast. The website indicated there was an airport shuttle. I made numerous attempts to contact the hotel by email, phone, text and WhatsApp and never got a response to anything. We arranged our own transportation. Check-in took an inordinate amount of time. The bathroom/shower had smoked glass walls which did not afford privacy. I was there with my adult daughter and we personally didn’t like this feature.

Given the inferior staff room

Stayed 2 nights at Ismael & was really dissapointed with our room on arrival. Air con didn't work, bathroom fan wouldnt switch off & more. Told next day we were given the staff rooms & not the room we booked despite this being available. But then told we couldn't have our original room as it was booked for the day after we were due to check out. Instead we were moved to another inferior staff room but one that had air con that worked. Staff member back tracked loads after telling us this & said legally the only difference was the fact our room had a balcony. Also said cos we booked through Hotels.com they wouldn't give us any compensation for a room that was shabby and clearly inferior. Hotels.com operator offered us a refund and then they back tracked too, saying it was the hotels issue. Really dissapointing end to our time in Chile. Stay elsewhere as they treat consolidateor bookings as second rate guests

O hotel fica em uma região ótima, calma, porém em 2 min andando já está na rua com bares e restaurantes, fica há 8 min andando de uma estação de metrô, e em frente ao um parque bem arborizado. Disponibiliza café da manhã to go , para os dias de passeios que saem bem cedo, ou aeroporto.
