Very close to the kayaking and many fun restaurants. Owner was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and everything worked great! Parking was gated, so no concerns there. Very safe area. Local chickens and roosters are kind of fun, but sleep in the interior room if you’re a light sleeper.

Property very clean and in a great location for looking out over the water and getting food. The owners are very communicative and responsive. The 2nd bedroom (flamenco beach) has 2 actual comfortable twin beds (unlike the previous accommodation in Old San Juan with just an uncomfortable futon for our son). We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. Thank you!

we stayed in many properties while on vaca in puerto rico. We did not go for the luxury type places so we are comparing this to other like priced places. It was large and well kept. there are no managers on premise so booking late makes for a problem to get in as you have to wait for an email with instructions. Beds were better than most.

Needs updates in the bathroom, toilet paper was on a rusty ring, smell was weird bad in the apartment. Towels were so hard that scratched your body and face. Did not like it!

This is a unique property that is not for everyone, but it was fine for us. There is no on-site staff and you check in using codes sent to you from the owners of the property. Then much to my surprise, they do not provide any toiletries, which meant we had to go find simple things like soap and shampoo. Overall, everything was fine with the property, however, I was shocked to read the instructions telling us that we had to clean the apartment prior to leaving. We were required to do the dishes, and sweep the floors. I was almost expecting them to ask us to do the laundry as well. My advice to the owners is if they are going to provide a service, then provide the service. Your guests are paying for it, so why make them do all the work. On a positive note, the price was right and the property was functional and comfortable.
