Do NOT ever book this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, everything was a disaster. We paid €1008 for one week in half-board, and since we missed dinner on the first night, the hotel offered us a “late dinner”, an absolute catastrophe and a disgrace to the hospitality industry. We were served two slices of bread, a bit of cheese, and two apples. A total shame for a so-called 5-star hotel.
To make things worse, we weren’t even given our wristbands upon arrival, which led to confusion later when we were accused of using “all-inclusive” services we never had access to. The manager even claimed I had taken advantage of the all-inclusive offer while I was literally in Cairo at that time, clearly an attempt to scam me.
The atmosphere in this hotel is toxic and dishonest. Their only goal seems to be tricking tourists. You can’t stay five minutes at the pool or the beach without being constantly harassed by people trying to sell you quad rides, diving sessions, spa treatments, and more. If guests want an activity, they’ll go to reception, no need for this endless harassment.
And the final insult: we were charged €12 per pool card that the housekeeper herself removed from our room while we were away. We only stayed two nights in this dreadful place instead of 7, but that was more than enough.
A complete disgrace to the ACCOR group.
Don’t make the same mistake we did, this hotel doesn’t deserve its 5 stars. Shameful!
