Wonderful stay in Buenos Aires

Rendez vous is a very quaint, stylish and comfortable stylish hotel. Room was large, lots of windows, very nice bathroom. There is a very pleasant roof top which I enjoyed every night to relax after a long day of walking.

A suíte é aconchegante mas a cama King tinha uma falha bem no meio que sacrificava as costas de quem caía nela, contudo o colchão é macio e a roupa de cama muito agradável ao toque. A paredes em torno da banheira apresentavam manchas e mofo no teto, mas a hidromassagem funcionava bem e era bem quente e relaxante. Os funcionários da manhã eram muito prestativos, simpáticos e cordiais, especialmente o Frederick e a funcionária do café da manhã que sempre oferecia e preparava ovos fritos. Um ponto de destaque para as medialunas deliciosas e a playlist maravilhosa tocada no café-da-manhã. Porém, havia um funcionário no turno da noite que era antipático, mal-humorado e estressado, além de demorar uma eternidade para abrir a porta quando chegávamos nas noites frias. O elevador faz muito barulho tanto durante o uso para quem está dentro, quanto durante a noite para quem está no quarto. Entre pontos positivos e negativos, eu recomendo o hotel e repetiria a estadia lá.

Great Location, Decent Hotel

Hotel is in a great location to wonderful restaurants and bars in BA, but the hotel staff were either really helpful or not helpful at all. Rooms are small but ample, nice big showers. That said, my friend who was staying in another room said he could hear every movement of the elevator from his room 24 hours a day, and he actually had to change rooms after one night.

The owner Fred and his staff were gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to cafes, restaurants, and a nice antique furniture market. There are several parks nearby for relaxing and reading.

Tremendous boutique hotel in a quaint neighborhood. The owner and staff provide a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The rooftop deck and hot tub are great with good views. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in close proximity and easily walkable. If you are looking for a quiet, authentic experience this is the place. Great boutique hotel for a very fair price.

Quando chegamos a tarde, o recepcionista que nos atendeu foi muito prestativo, nos auxiliou com dicas sobre o turismo da cidade e nos forneceu até um mapa. A cama estava com fios de cabelo, dentro da fronha do travesseiro haviam vários fios de cabelo, é nojento dormir em um lugar dessa forma. Apesar da cama/colchão serem muito bons, não gostei nada de me deparar com cabelo de outras pessoas na cama e travesseiro. Precisamos fazer o checkout as 03:30h da manhã, nos foi informado que a recepção funcionava 24 horas, e para nossa surpresa, dessa vez outro recepcionista, estava dormindo debruçado sobre o balcão, havia uma campainha para apertar ali, apertamos algumas vezes e o mesmo não acordou, meu marido precisou dar um toque no ombro dele para que acordasse. Ao acordar disse que estava tudo certo e novamente foi fechando os olhos ainda falando com a gente, até que dormiu e debruçou sobre o balcão novamente. Um local assim não fornece segurança alguma, uma vez que a pessoa que deveria estar atenta principalmente as câmeras, está dormindo em local de trabalho, que funciona 24 horas. Não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. Apesar da boa localização e por ser um bairro bom, deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. Café da manhã foi bom, fornecem ovos mexidos e omeletes feitos na hora, gostamos.

Cuidado con la facturación y comisiones de hotels!

Tuve problemas para el check in porque la reserva no la tenían en el sistema. El aire acondicionado no andaba, el teléfono estaba fuera de servicio. La habitación estaba bien, limpia y cómoda. El desayuno tenia una sola tostadora casera para todos los huéspedes, lo que hacia imposible hacer una tostada por la gente que la requería. La aplicación nos cobró el valor en dólares cuando la valoración estaba en pesos argentinos y en ningún lugar decía que se facturaría así, aparte nos cobraron una comisión de casi 15 dólares que tampoco lo decía en ningún lado. No fue una buena experiencia con la pagina de Hotels.com
