Well, the stuff that I spoke to were nice the Hotel is really rundown. The heating was not working in my room so we asked for another room which they gave us. However, the second room the heating in the bathroom was working but the heating in the bedroom was not and the lock was not working from the inside.

Cheap stay

Hotel is ok if you really want a cheap hotel near Vienna’s central train station. Somewhat unclean, check in took a long time, bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable, towels were awful, and loud noises could be heard in the room. Location is ideal near the train station.

I stayed at a&o Wien and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to public transport. Everything was easy and well organized. I would stay here again.

Stay was ok, we got a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. It was hot! There is no AC and not even any fans and I'm telling you, at least having a fan would go a really long way! ALso parking is an issue, we asked for parking however none was provided.
