We enjoyed our stay here. It is right in the center of the old quarter, within walking distance of the major sights of Hanoi. The room was quiet and clean, the bed and shower were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. We would stay here again when in Hanoi!

My trip started in the south of Vietnam and I've been in a couple of hotels on my way to Hanoi. What I can say about hotels is that the staff at Golden Art is by far the friendliest of all! Amazing service, tips for tourism and delicious breakfast. The hotel it's also at a walking distance to many restaurants and sightseeing options.

Amazing staff helpful with every need. Comfortable beds. Close to all shops and attractions. Bike hire next door which we used to hire one they were also helpful. Highly recommend booking tours with the front desk they are really helpful with information and set everything up for us no problems. Would recommend this stay to other.
