The hotel is in a good location and was very accessible. The facilities are a bit dated. The mattress was an older spring style. The bed cover also seemed dated. The room was large and quiet. Parking was ample and convenient.

Great value for the price

Good hotel in a convenient area. We needed a stop over after a late ferry and this hotel fit the bill. The hotel rooms are a little dated but very clean, tidy and comfortable. We loved how spacious the room was, and the fact that there was a kitchenette. The staff helpful and friendly and accommodated our check in late with clear instructions about after hours check in. Great value for the price.

We had a super quick and easy check-in and even faster check-out! This is exactly the cute, quaint and charming water town motel you’re looking for. Not walkable to downtown but easy drive and parking wasn’t hard, even on a festival weekend. We loved it!

The stay was fine. The bed was terrible and lousy pillows. Room was huge, clean and comfortable but in need of updating!! Never saw breakfast, 7:30 was too late to wait for it to open. I really wanted to like this place more but it wasn't great.
