The Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of historical areas and the Hotel staff was very helpful and informative specifically Luisa and Beatrice who were genuinely concerned with our needs for transportation and were a phone call away for help with whatever we needed. Great place to stay. We stayed for 7 days. Easy access to everything as long as you don’t mind a little walk. The room was very nice apartment. Kitchen is spacious, bathroom is equipped with shower and separate jet tub. Totally worth it.

Loved the Staff. Luisa, and the rest of the staff were great! Helpful in every way. The room was not your common room. Large bed, large closet and large bathroom and shower. High ceilings and large windows. The elevator was fun for a Yank. There is a nice reading/relaxing area off the lobby with comfortable couches. Downside is, other then taxis, there is no transportation near the hotel. There are a few restaurants in the area. It is Rome so the restaurants are good.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is so great and friendly, they helped us with any question or need we had. Staff does only work on site limited hours, however they are available 24 hours if you do need them. The room was so comfortable and clean! The location is right outside the City Center, but you can walk there in minutes, walkable distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican. There are many dining options near by. It is really in the middle of everything, we only had to take a taxi once the entire time we were there. When we go back to Rome, we will stay here again without question. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room itself was well appointed if not a bit on the small side. The shower however was large and great. The only thing is there wasn't room for a small desk to work off. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

Excellent Service and Location, Minor Room Wear

Great location—close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away from the main tourist crowds to feel relaxed. The manager was extremely nice and helpful; we’d give six stars for the service alone. The only real observation is that parts of the room showed some wear and could use maintenance. For example, the wood (or particle board) around the kitchen faucet was worn and loose, so it was flapping around a bit and the fridge either didn’t close all the way or took a bit to cool items down. Overall, though, the service and convenient yet peaceful location more than made up for these small issues.
