Diversão garantida!!!

Tudo muito bom , só achei o chão do banheiro escorregadio e cai duas vezes minha filha também, minha hospedagem foi ótima, considerando que fiquei no bangalô, então muito espaço e conforto.A limpeza pode melhorar um pouco, porém a comida é muito boa e o atendimento dos funcionários excelente,voltarei mais vezes…

A estadia foi muito boa, todavia detectamos, salvo melhor juízo, algumas oportunidades de melhoria. Limpeza precisa melhorar, sobretudo a manutenção dos cômodos durante a ocupação; diversidade de alimentação muito reduzida e sem variações importantes, por exemplo, camarão e seu derivados, carne bovina (churrasco) não tinha, assim como variações de doces, era só bolo e gelatina, basicamente, não tinha um pavê, ambrósia, sagu, figo, pêssegos, etc; falta um acesso coberto entre os blocos 1 e 2; a internet é muito ruim; os quartos não tem conectidade (tvs) com a internet; falta uma sinalização adequada na via principal que indique o caminho para o Resort MAKAI, etc

local antigo e não devidamente atualizado. Inicialmente fiquei no prédio II do resort, apto amplo, no entanto, bastante desgastado e com muita ferrugem. Este segundo prédio fica distante da área de restaurante e demais atividades do resort. O elevador apresentou problemas e a agua quente do chuveiro não funcionava, então solicitei a substituição do apto, onde fui colocado em um apto menor. As atrações do resort são razoáveis, porém os locais para esporte, academia, mesa de ping pong estão deteriorados, necessitando de reforma. O all inclusive de bebidas é mediano, faltando outras bebidas que estão na moda, além dos petiscos que são ruins, pouca variedade e apenas serviam sorvetes ruins. A alimentação deixa a desejar, mesmo havendo várias culinárias nos dias da semana, porém a comida com pouco tempero, sem graça, além dos doces serem ruins, apenas o pudim estava bom. No geral, esperava muito mais deste all inclusive, sendo a primeira vez que experimentava, me decepcionando desta hospedagem que tive. O valor que gastei por diária (cerca de R$ 1300) poderia ter me hospedado e comido melhor e outro hotel em Aracajú/Se.

Achei que o resort está deixando a desejar em relacao as comidas muito repetida , noite italiana sem pizza sem parmegiana, naontem bar molhado, varias areas isoladas sem utilização pois estava em reforma e nao teve DJ na noite de terca e nao teve. Precisa de fato de uma revitalização. E uma atualizada na questão do entretenimento.

Muito bom. Variedade de comida e bebdida, com jantares temático que achei incriveis. Tinha coisas em construção/reforma quando fui, que devem ficar ótimos, mas não usufrui. Senti apenas que minha acomodação ficava um pouco distante da piscina, e não tinha cobertura em todo o percurso

O Makai passa por reformas e melhorias. Precisa atualizar muita coisa. Ficamos na ala mais afastada. Quarto grande, limpo. O banheiro está com uma cara bem datada e judiado pelo uso, mas atendeu bem nossa estadia. A recreação agradou muito as crianças. Restaurante tem boa variedade de alimentação. Como boa parte dos resorts peça na reposição da comida (demorada) e principalmente na reposição de pratos, talheres, copos e bowls nos horários de maior movimento. Básico, porém recorrente. A piscina principal é bonita. A piscina infantil está com parte do brinquedo principal desativado, limitando as atividades na mesma para os pequenos. Serviço de bar na piscina e praia muito bom, assim como os lanches servidos. O mar no hotel eh escuro, possivelmente por conta do rio Sergipe que deságua ali por perto e eh bem batida.

Vale muito a pena

Quarto grande, cama boa, atendimento bom, comida no geral boa. Pontos que podem melhorar, como servir cerveja no bar da varanda, e nao so no apoio onde é na salmoura. Bar abre so as 10h, tarde para quem esta de ferias. Nao pode levar bebida para o quarto, alguns pontos negativos. Mas no geral vale a pena a hospedagem, pretendo voltar.

Tivemos uma boa estadia. A atenção e dedicação dos funcionários foi um ponto alto. O conforto do nosso quarto também. Agora o hotel precisa se modernizar está muito ultrapassado a sua estrutura. As comidas e bebidas também. Chopp Itaipava não dá. Podia buscar uma parceria com uma Ambev ou Heineken. A comida teve altos e baixos, mas poderiam melhorar o menu de opções. Resumo geral, pelo preço que oferece foi bom.
