The property itself was great. I wish the check-in process had been explained better, that staff itself was not helpful at all. Other than that my only complain is that the sofa sleeper does not work properly.

No es Hotel como lo indica la aplicación, son departamentos, no hay recepción, solo un guardia que no sabía nada, es difícil encontrar el acceso no hay señalización, y tuve que contactar por teléfono para que me dieran instrucciones de como entrar al edificio y al departamento. El departamento muy bien, el único detalle es que está dentro de una plaza comercial y toda la noche entra algo de luz porque las cortinas están cortas a las orillas.

Fue muy dificultoso acceder a la propiedad, el link donde vienen las instrucciones estaba incorrecto, pero encontré el teléfono y llamé y me resolvieron rápido. Todo muy bien, algo ruidoso en las noches por los bares de abajo. Hay muchas cosas justo abajo, se pueden cumplir todas las necesidades. En general muy bien

Me gustó el hotel para un viaje familiar, bien ubicado, con todos los servicios, no se si por temas de mundial o saturacion no recibí la habitación en el tiempo establecido, si no, hasta mas de dos horas despues, hubo una mala administración y mas por el tema de limpieza. Sin embargo, si me arriesgaría a darle otra oportunidad. Por que la habitación lo vale.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, lo q no me gustó es q hay q pagar extra por el aseo y cambio de sábanas Hubo un inconveniente con la luz, no había en el área por una lluvia fuerte, el personal de seguridad como administrativo se portaron de lo más amable por el inconveniente Deben de arreglar la ubicación que aparece en la app, porque te manda dos cuadras más adelante En general es un excelente hotel por la ubicación, el servicio, instalaciones, personal. Por último había unos inquilinos muy ruidosos que no dejaban dormir, discutían o se salían de su habitación ebrios si fue molesto, no sé si eran hijos del dueño o de alguien importante, pero no deberían permitir esas actitudes porque las reseñas y el buen servicio se olvida

Esta bien ubicado, lo unico malo es que se tiene que considerar el ruido de abajo proveniente de los bares, si eres de sueño ligero sufrirás, yo soy de sueño pesado no es tema para mi, el Internet WiFi nunca lo pude usar ya que no estaba la red que me indicaron y ya no recibí respuesta posterior de cual era la red correcta. La regadera se safo al momento de salir el agua (es un plastico que se sobrepone). Falta una toalla para el piso al momento de salir de la ducha ya que te puedes resbalar
