We were shocked by how terrible this hotel turned out to be. The pictures and description online were completely misleading. The place was old, dirty, and poorly maintained — definitely not worth the amount of money we spent. The room smelled musty, the furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated (or cleaned) in decades, and the cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. Stains on the bedding, grime in the bathroom, and dusty surfaces everywhere made it impossible to feel comfortable. We expected at least the basics for the high price we paid, but this place failed on every level. It was a total rip-off and a huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — this place should not be in business until it gets a serious overhaul.

Nous venons a U Coral beach depuis 30 ans ( du temos du club med) et nous sommes toujours aussi bien recu et toujours heureux de revenir La restauration est toujours au top, un vrai plaisir de la table Le restaurant est tenu tres propre Le restaurant italien est tres bon il faut y aller absolument Et pour ceux qui aiment voir la nature dans la mer au bord de l’eau des poissons fabuleux, poissons perroquets de taille … Il faudrait revoir un peu l’aménagement des chambres

A fuir !!! Les chambres sont catastrophiques on a du Changer deux fois (lit casse odeur d’égout et lumière qui ne fonctionnent pas) on nous a demandé d’attendre dans notre chambre un électricien alors qu’on était dans le noir avec notre bébé et la réception se fichait de nous et rigolait quand on partait les voir vraiment aucun service aucun sens et Bien sûr aucun geste commercial ou attention pour s’excuser Les chambres sont vraiment minimalistes et sommaires L’hôtel doit vraiment être rénové

Très déçu !

Chambre très petite, aucune place de parking à proximité (parking complet (50 voitures max)), Repas du shabbat très médiocre. Le week end l'hotel était surcapacité, même pas de place dans la piscine. le Lundi l'hotel était moins rempli et le séjour un peu plus agréable, mais aucune activité pour les enfants qui attendaient le lundi pour laisser passer la foule, mais pas d'activité .... Je ne conseille pas l'hotel meme si le coté all inclusive est tentant et agréable sur certains points.

Terrible, terrible, terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Staff was extremely rood and helpless. All facilities are extremely dirty. Private beach was under construction and we were not told about it when we we’re making reservation. Staff does not speak English at all - well it is Israel, but if hotel welcomes foreign clients- At least somebody should speak English…I guess. Only food was excellent I. A very dirty eating area. I will not recommend to stay at this resort.

This hotel was incredible and the service was absolutely amazing!!! The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful, the activities were fun, and the entire stay was so amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation!!!! Thank you to Tal for the incredible service throughout our entire stay. She made sure everything was perfect and helped us out the entire time!!!

I booked the hotel for 7 days. Upon arrival, I learned that the hotel will be closed in 3 days. The hotel staff knew in advance that the hotel would be closed - They could inform me a few days earlier - I would find another hotel. Night is not a good time to look for a hotel. I was transferred to another hotel "at the same price"- in a different location, which was half cheaper (I checked it on hotels.com after returning from holiday), the price difference was not refunded. I left the room at 11 and got a new one by 1 p.m. - I spent two hours in the lobby. Packing and unpacking clothes took me a few hours. I rented a hotel through hotels.com, which helps to avoid this situation I have the impression that I have been cheated. I am not used to such treatment (the more that I paid almost $ 500 per night) How should I rate this Hotel?
