The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, cold air, friendly staff and well lit property. Parking lot and some of the outside area had cigarette butt litter, but that was the only con I found.This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely stay again.

Location was prime for my trip... Over priced and minimally maintained. The bed was slightly more comfortable than plywood, roaches were in all furniture,toilet clogged and the immediate response was snake the toilet... BUT had no issues with management, no hassle deposit returned, shower was fantastic and I widh every hotel/motel had a shower like room 130

Very happy that the floors were remodeled with tile vs carpet. Not good when coming in from water activities. Very appreciative that request of a 1st floor room was accommodated, helped a lot after being on the water all day.

We liked the location, the pool was good, and the price. The shower water flows really well. There was a fridge and microwave. However, the beds were the worst I have ever slept in. The bathroom door doesn't lock. The ice makers don't all work, and the outside is a bit dirty.

Air conditioning barely worked & the ceiling in bathroom had what appeared to be mold starting up. There was also no continental breakfast available, that should be a given in this day and age. Staff was super friendly. It was in a good location.

Overall, a pretty rundown hotel. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Had to get a new key everytime we tried to get in and there was no blow dryer, but the maids did find one for me. And there is no coffee-maker.

Hot water was never hot, not able to plug drain, rude front desk lady, bathroom exhaust fan did not exhaust steam, Wall AC was not adequately. I will not be staying here twice regardless of the price.

Upon checking in, we were here at 1:30. The person said we could check in early but we would have to pay $20. The room was ready and they had many vacancies. The blow dryer did not work. The beds were comfy.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Overall it was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm not a fan of microfiber bath towels but they were clean and serve the purpose. My only issue was the mattress was by far the hardest mattress I have ever slept on in my life. And the sheet to cover the mattress was the wrong size sheet so the mattress wasn't even fully covered. But again it served the purpose so I would give it a three and a half out of five star rating overall.
