Nice town and nice hotel

Free parking outside, free enter to a great training center. So you don’t get shocked, you need to pass this to come to the room😅 If you are really lucky you also have to take some extra elevators to the room. The staff were polite and helped out. The pool is also great for both kids and adults. Many good restaurants just nearby. Herning was all in all a good stay. Would have asked for another room for a next time visit.

Ok hotel but be aware of theft in pool area

The hotel is mix of fitness/gym swimming pools and hotel rooms so to get to go to the rooms you need to venture through fitness area. It’s no big deal but not quite what you expect going to a hotel.. Staff was welcoming and check in went smoothly. Our stay was shortened because we had quite a bad experience when we went to the swimming pool area at the entrance to the changing rooms there you of course need to take off your shoes and there is posters telling you to take off the shoes and that you can put in into a closet with your other belongings.. however it seemed like everybody just let their shoes stand there and so did we.. unfortunately when we got back from the pools my wife’s shoes was stolen.. We went to the receptionist just to her know what was happened and she told us there nothing she could do and that apparently this happens often.. so after this experience the mood was a bit down and we decided to leave the hotel.. we had one more night. I don’t understand they don’t have cc tv before the entrance to changing rooms furthermore at the reception there are these small gates to let people in they have both for hotel guest and the members to gym/pool facilities but the gate was just open and anyone could walk in and out of the gates..

Virkelig god beliggenhed og fine parkeringsmuligheder. Det er vigtigt, at være særligt opmærksom på skiltningen i parkeringskælderen. Vi nåede desværre ikke spa mv., men der er fantastiske muligheder for et aktivt ophold med fine træningsfaciliteter. Selve vejen til værelset på 6. sal var dog omstændig, men vi fik så mulighed for at se træningsfaciliteterne og et kik ud over bassinerne.

Det var over alt forventning, så fedt for børnene med kæmpe svømmehal og andre aktiviteter som badminton, fitness osv. Morgenmadsbuffeten var frisk og lækker, et rigtig godt udvalg! Helt klart anbefalelsesværdigt! Da vi ankom fik vi godt nok et værelse der ikke var gjort rent, men vi blev kompenseret med 2 værelser ved siden af hinanden med en dør imellem så børnene havde deres eget værelse og det synes de bare var fedt! Sødt og smilende personale.

Opholdet var rigtig fint og passede rigtig godt til en getaway med familien - to enkelte ting som feedback der kunne gøre oplevelsen endnu bedre; toiletpapiret virker lidt for budget-agtigt og brødet ved morgenmaden var temmeligt uinteressant (resten af morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig fin). Personalet virkelig venligt og hjælpsomt - stor ros til dem
