Good

The hotel was clean, our room was very spacious. However the bathroom was rusty and old. Simple changes like new soap dispenser (as they were rusty) and removing the masking tap from the painting on the wall. The bed was a large single and comfy. The breakfast wasn’t good, the buffet hot food was cold. The swimming pool was ok however there was only two sun lounges. The sun was also never on the pool However I would return again

Les toilettes et salle de bain sont vieilles trous dans le carrelage il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude tout les soirs pour la douche. Le mini frigo dans la chambre était dans un état désastreux mauvaise odeurs et saletés à l’intérieur. Concernant le reste de la chambre climatiseur fonctionnel la chambre est grande et spacieuse la literie est très bonnes et le services ménage très bien.

The property needs upgrading, however it was pretty clean. The buffet breakfast included was good as they change the main menu daily. Reception staff was very helpful with information. Decided not to swim as the pool was beside the cafe. There's a surau in the cafe for Muslim fyi. There's a musky smell walking towards the cafe though that I thought the Hotel should do something about it. The shopping centre attached beside was not so big but enough for spending some time & the food court on 3rd level has amazing food. Teo Soon Huat duty free is also within the building & it has almost everything. Chocolates in abundance. Overall ok for a short getaway with the price paid.

2019年3月から4月に1週間、7階に滞在した当時は一部でリニューアル改装を実施。 高評価は①隣接するショッピングモールが便利　②ロビーが広々している。 低評価は①挨拶のないスタッフ（特にドアボーイ）。こちらから先に挨拶すると返事する。 ②朝食の内容、味は良くない。工夫が感じられない。 ③WiFiは安定しているが遅い。データ転送には向いていない。

The hotel located next to a shopping mall and the staff is friendly and helpful staff especially the staffs work at lemongrass cafe they are so friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice and the menu is different as i was stay at there for two days. Only one things is the bathroom cleanness need improve and it's without hot water. I've to make complaints everyday once i need to use the hot water. The rest everything was just good.

ワンダーランドシーフードレストランへ食事をするために、ランカウイ3度目の滞在でした。ようやく当たりのホテルに出会ったとおもいます。女3人仲がよいといえども、やはりベッドは一人一台がよくクアエリアで探していたところヒットしました。過剰なサービスはありませんがその分チェックイン·アウトもとても簡単で楽です。スタッフの皆さんはとても感じがよいです。同じ建物内にスーパー、免税店(主にお酒とチョコ)、古くさいショッピングモールもはいっておりとても便利です。私たちはワインにビール、チョコを買い込み、友人の一人はお土産にとモール内にあったなまこ石鹸のショップでなまこクリームのギフトを購入していました。また、ランカウイに行く際は必ずここに宿泊します。
