Myself and my wife enjoy staying at the Suvarnabhumi Suite after my arrival in Bangkok and prior to my departure.We travel the short distance to and from the airport usually in around 15 minutes.We enjoy using the roof top restaurant,Sky 72,or walking to one of many good quality food shop on Lat Krabang rd.The staff are always helpful and welcoming,and respond quickly to any issues you may have.

The front desk person doesn’t seem to care very much. No smile and not doesn’t seem to want to welcome us. I work in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years but have never experienced anybody who doesn’t want to welcome the guest. I would definitely not coming back to this hotel again.

We checked in very late to this hotel as it was a last minute booking. We stayed in the suite which the pictures were very deceiving on the size of the room. 3 adults in the room was extremely cramped with a roll in bed. The suite had two split A/C units however, one of them did not work. The room does not have a shower, only an oversized tub with a sprayer we had to use as the shower. The water temperature was not consistent and we continually got burned with the temperature difference. We were told the restaurant was open until 1:00am. We walked up at 12:20 for the girls to tell us they closed the kitchen already. This put us out on the street where there was absolutely nothing to eat. The hotel is located next to a night club which you can hear the extremally loud music from the hotel all night. The check in staff was very friendly and quick with our check in. The breakfast included with our room was good and the morning staff was excellent.
