The room, facilities and breakfast were good. However, we had an incident with the receptionist (Omar - night receptionist) that completely ruined our stay. When we arrived Omar was checking us in, he asked for our documents and when he was inputting my mums details and apparently the system would not accept her document details. He couldn’t say why and would not offer a solution. Luckily, my cousin knew the area manager for all southern hotels, who we called and she was able to talk to him. All that time he was rude, condescending and basically said that this was our fault and that we had to find a solution. If we did not have the contact of his superior we would not be able to stay and he told us he would not give us a refund, because we could use the room, just my mum wouldn’t be able to stay. As if I would stay there without my mum. Anyway, room, everything was good but would NOT stay again or recommend because of this staff member.

Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção é bom (da recepção...). São corteses e atenciosos. Contudo, o restaurante e local para o café da manhã precisa de melhorias. Imagine um hotel com vários hóspedes e que possui somente uma cadeira para criança!!! Se você vai acompanhado dos filhos será um grande problema já pela manhã...Ademais, há falta de cortesia nos atendentes do restaurante (atenção para os do sexo masculino, os quais lhe passam a sensação de que você é um incômodo para eles...). Ufa!!! melhorias são necessárias.

Hotel péssimo! Quarto péssimo, reservei 1 QUARTO FAMILIA LUXO e nos colocaram em 1 quarto triplo! Acústica péssima, barulho da descarga do quarto de cima dava pra escutar do nosso! Sem contar a nossa descarga que o barulho era terrível, de madrugada não tinha como ir no banheiro! Ar condicionado não estava funcionando, fizemos a reclamação na sexta quando chegamos e nos informaram que não tinha ninguem pra olhar o ar condicionado, dormimos sem ar condicionado, cheguei a questionar se tinha outro apartamento pra nos colocar e nos informaram que não! No sábado questionei novamente e nos informaram que o ar condicionado não tinha jeito mesmo, ai nos colocaram em outro quarto! Mais e o estresse que passamos na sexta? Fica por isso mesmo? PÉSSIMO HOTEL, NÃO INDICO! INSTALAÇÕES ANTIGAS!

O hotel como sempre continua muito bom na questão de conforto. O que me decepcionou dessa vez foi a comida. Os ovos mexidos do café da manhã estava gelado e aguado. O macarrão carbonara que pedi foi apenas uma lembrança do que é o prato de verdade. Sugiro procurarem uma receita do que é um carbonara de verdade.
