The location is arguably the best and the staff is a standout! Ayoub at reception was particularly helpful and friendly. The concierge staff also offered great assistance in booking transport, and taking care of the luggages, including loading in the vehicle. We had a lovely stay at CVK Taksim. The hotel was perfectly located, offering easy access to the vibrant heart of Istanbul. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in smooth and assisting with all our needs. We had requested rooms next to one another, and they did their best to accommodate our request, which made our family trip more comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view and thoughtful amenities. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the service we received. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
