This is a great hotel if you are going to Universal Studios Park, one entrance is right on the Universal City Walk and the subway and Starbucks. You can take the subway or get a taxi into downtown Osaka, about 20-30 minutes.

Love love love this hotel! Everything was great. Located directly next to USJ (within 400ft) and even closer to a train station. The only downside is that you do have to take the train to get into the mix of the city. You cannot just walk out the hotel as it is located in the port next to USJ. But the train ride to a busy area is only about 3 min. Lovely stay, can’t wait to go again!

Nice hotel if visit the Universal Park. Exactly as you see it in the pictures. It has a good overview of the park and the previous mall. They gave us a voucher for a drink in the restaurant and we had mash mallow with chocolate and a drink in a very rainy evening. They have also lockers to store your backpacks before the checking and the let our luggage directly in the room.

it was noisy with foot steps over night. air conditioning did not work right away. yet the room was spacious and the tab filled up so quick. also amenities were useful.

location and amenities were great. The lobby front desk and street level entrance/exit being on different floors were a little inconvenient when checking out. Wish the chairs in the rooms had backs to lean against.

Jr station is just right there so very convenient to get around. Only bad thing to say was it is jr rail so we needed the metro pass to get access to the other osaka lines but nevertheless it was still convenient. Also very cool is its close to the harbor for captain line for a 10 min ferry ride across the river to the aquarium and the tempozan market
