This establishment definitely deserves 5 stars, great location, really nice atmosphere, safe and quiet area, walking distance to restaurants and a tube station. Only complaint is the A/C DID NOT WORK properly which was crazy because my room was super super small, I was sweating all the time, despite the bed was beyond comfortable I could not sleep well because of the heat. Will definitely consider staying here again only if I get a room with good A/C.
