Everything was clean which is mainly what I look for in a budget motel such as this. One of the two lamps had a burned out lightbulb but honestly didn’t bother me at all as I was just flopping for the night

read some negative revues and i really dont understand why.. For the price i paid,$74,for the area i was in was very acceptable. The room was clean and bright with some nice touches. I always like when ttheres some chairs and small table outside the room. Yes,its old,you can always tell when the sign says,color tv and air conditioner but put that aside and you get a great clean room at a great price

The staff was very helpful. I didn’t want to walk on the rug with my bare feet. It’s not the staff fault that management didn’t buy a new rug 10 years ago..

Booked here at the very last minute and was pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff was efficient and polite. This is a cute motel that appears to be very well taken care of. The room was basic and clean. The bathroom appears to have been recently remodeled, was very clean and the shower pressure was great! The pool area was very nice (and clean), there is plenty of seating, a nice pergola to relax under and there is a very nice fire pit for once it gets dark! There are even gas grills for the guests to use. Most motels of this caliber you only want to use for a place to sleep and shower, however this is a place you can actually stay at and enjoy the property! I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this property before and room was renovated and worth it. Bait N switch property. Don’t stay here when better places all over lake George.

No available staff when needed, bees nest u see out air conditioner which made it impossible to sit outside. Sand all over the inside of pool. not enough pool sitting, no umbrellas, no shade what so ever. Bathrooms dirty, rooms smell very musty, wet and old.

Room was not kept up. Bathroom worn (toilet seat, shower and walls). Not to mention not very clean Lights flickered and no smoke alarms. We couldn’t even leave the lights on ( constantly flickering). We complained and finally received a smoke alarm around 11pm. They said someone would be coming to fix the lights the next morning. We returned back to our room earlier the day and the lights were on and still flickering. Let me know if you want pictures and videos. I have them
