I read some negative reviews that made me worried about my choice but when we arrived and spent 5 days there, we left with a sad heart. The place is beautiful, the beach is amazing and the people are very helpful and nice. The rooms are a bit outdated but nevertheless, the place has a certain charm. This hotel definitely doesn’t provide 5star hotel experience. Hotel is very old. Everywhere smelling rotten. They have huge maintenance issues in hotel. All furnitures are extremely old. They most likely don’t provide the room that you book. Even pool dirty. They have lazy river but pump of the river doesn’t work. It is basically slim pool. Even hair drier doesn’t work and no one cares in the hotel all these things. All they say is, they will communicate with management. I don’t really know how people have good review about this hotel but if you have 3 star hotel expectations from 5 star reservation, maybe this is ok for you. Go somewhere else..!

The staff was friendly and helpful, however sometimes slow to deliver items to the room. The food and cocktails were quite good and the options made everyone in my family happy. Transportation is a little expensive so we ended up downloading app for taxis. Hotel arranged our island trip by speedboat at a great price with an amazing tour guide. We will definitely be back with our kids soon.
