We did not enjoy stay for many reasons. Breakfast is expensive. 5 start price but 3 star buffet spread. We thought we booked for 2 days breakfast for 5 pax but they insisted that we booked for only 2 persons for 2 days only. Why would we buy breakfast for 2 when there are 5 of us? The room did not come ready with bath towels. We had only face towels. Last but not least, the Korean restaurant only served set meals and insisted we order a set each when we are 5 small ladies with small appetite.

Pretty disappointing on the property condition. Very outdated and rooms are not so clean. Mold on the curtain.

Only small towels (face towels) were provided when we first came. We had to request for big towels on the Phoenix chatbot. Chatbot was quite difficult to use as everything was in korean so we had to use a translator to communicate. The place have signs of wear but room was spacious. If you dont have a car, better not get a room here. The nearest bus stop is 15mins walk from the hotel and the buses there are very irregular, expect to wait 30mins to 1.5hr. Taxi drivers will pass by the bus stop to try to get customers. Tried the breakfast once and it was average. Do note that there is a separate bulding for checking in called 'Check in Centre' which is not known to taxi drivers and is not shown in naver map. Check in staff was helpful and tried their best to communicate in english, although they struggled. Only advantage of booking this place is that Seopjikoji is only a few mins walk from the hotel so you can enjoy the scenery.

제주도 동쪽의 무난한 숙소

섭지코지와 신양섭지 해수욕장의 경관이 아름다웠습니다. 조식 메뉴와 맛이 괜찮고, 해랑도 맛있었고, 플로이스트 카페도 음료와 케익이 맛있었으나, 석식 메뉴가 한정적이어서 리조트 밖으로 외식을 하러 나갈 수밖에 없었습니다. 한국의 리조트는 대부분 투숙객이 외식을 하러 나간다는 것을 전제로 운영하는 것 같습니다. 조식 외에는 투숙객에게도 내부 식당 할인 혜택이 없고, 렌트 등 차량을 이용하지 않는 경우, 아침 이른 시간과 저녁 식사를 위한 외출 시 성산일출봉 지역 등 가까운 지역으로는 택시가 잘 잡히지 않았습니다. 4성급으로, 다수 가족이 공유하는 경우에는 가성비가 높을 것으로 생각됩니다. 오션뷰 객실에서 신양해수욕장 끝쪽이 보입니다. 객실내 가구가 낡고 일부 시설이 낙후된 티가 나지만, 전체적으로 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 리조트 규모에 비해 수영장이 작고, 주변에 마땅한 해수욕장이 없어서인지 수영장이 매우 붐볐습니다. 리조트에서 걸어갈 수 있는 신양섭지 해수욕장의 경우 관리가 잘 되지 않는다는 리뷰가 많고, 아이들이 놀기 좋은 얕은 물이라고 해서, 수영을 위해 방문해 보지는 않았습니다. 하이킹하기 좋은 시기에 방문하는 것이 좋을 것 같았습니다.

다소 낡았지만 깔끔한 편이고, 아름다운 섭지코지에 위치하고 있다는 점이 장점임. 회원 위주라 그런지 빠릿하지 않은 비회원 투숙객은 이용안내 사항을 파악하기 쉽지는 않았음. 예를 들면 셔틀버스로 글라스 하우스 방문시 QR코드로 사전 등록해야 하나 동 정보가 홈페이지에 기재되어 있지 않고, 버스에 등록 안하고 앉아있는 사람들이 있었음. 식당들이 음식이 괜찮긴 하나, 리조트 밖으로 나가지 않으면 석식 메뉴가 제한적이고, 렌트카 없이 택시 이용시 석식을 위해 리조트 밖으로 나가고 들어올 때 택시 잡기가 아주 쉽지는 않으므로, 식당이 콜택시를 불러주는지 확인하고, 너무 늦지 않게 복귀하는 것이 좋아보였음. 지역 콜택시를 이용하는 것이 카카오 택시보다 나았음.

돈값못하는숙소

전체적으로 신경을 안쓰고 객실을 내준 느낌이엇어요 ㅠ 이전에 묵었을때 기억이 좋아서 다시 방문했는데, 에어컨 청소도 안되어잇고 고장도 나있는 방을 점검없이 그냥 내어준 건 좀 아닌것갘아요. 물론 방을 바꿔주시김 했지만 아쉽네요. 더불어 라운지 마감이 11신데 9시 50분쯤 가서 주문하니까 싫은 티를 팍팍내면서 아주 불친절하게 응대하더라구요. 매우 불쾌했습니다.
