Hotel and motel located on highway entrance to the city of Cuernavaca. Easy to get a taxi or walk to bus stop. But this area of the city has been seriously neglected by city officials, has no sidewalks, not pedestrian crossing areas, not street marking for cars. Dirty and unkept but this no fault of the hotel.

SAD!

This is not our first time staying at GS, just to love it. But with time that has change, we request balcony but not a single chair to seat! Wi-Fi will came at go. TV wasn't working. Card key was reissue 2 times and at the end of our stay they tried to give me someone else ID. I wont even go about the restaurant service! Sad to see that the quality of this hotel has being going down.

En general bien. El registro muy rápido. El estacionamiento bien. La habitación normal, bien, tal vez un poco cara para lo antiguo que se ve todo. El único detalle fue que la habitación tenía un olor desagradable. Aparentemente del baño, que nos comentaron en recepción que a veces tienen problemas con las tuberías.

Desde que llegué la atención fue mala la chica de recepción no fue cordial y te reciben con mala cara, posteriormente me colocaron en una habitación donde no servía el clima , hablé como tres veces ,nunca me atendieron , prometieron llevar ventiladores que por qué no podían cambiarme pues el hotel estaba lleno, la habitación era demasiado caliente pues no tenía ventilaciones, se nota que el mantenimiento a los aires acondicionados no se les da, nunca me llevaron nada , me tiraron a loca , tuve que tomar un ventilador que me encontré en el pasillo , al siguiente día después de no dormir por el caloron , llegó la gerente me ofreció ahora sí una habitación nueva que igual el clima tenía fallas pues casi no enfriaba , goteaba agua y hacia un megacharco, me ofrecieron un desayuno bufet para mi familia y para mí que después me estaban cobrando el de mi esposo , pues el llegó después por motivos de trabajo , a pesar de todo lo que me hicieron pasar hicieron desagradable la estancia , por su mal trato , mal servicio del personal , malas caras y mal estado de los aires acondicionados, jamás regreso , jamás había vivido. Algo así, no ofrecen lo que ofertan.pongo fotos.

Está muy bien ubicado, las estancia fue muy agradable. La regadera necesita una puerta o algo similar para que el agua no se tire. Desafortunadamente cuando quise entrar a la alberca, la estaban lavando y había un señor bebiendo rodeado de muchas latas de cerveza.

Hotel de tres estrellas. No más.

Habitaciones grandes con mucha luz, limpias. TV pequeña. Mobiliario regular. Ropa de cama regular. Toallas viejas. En general es un hotel de 3 estrellas, no mas. Lavabo muy manchado y da mala impresión. Tienen un desayuno muy limitado con costo, en una cafeteria que tiene bonita vista.
