Excellent location, very helpful and caring staff, and wonderful amenities in the room. These include among other things a refrigerator, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as selection of upmarket teas and coffees, hair curler, hair dryer, and large tv. The bathroom had a range of luxurious dead sea toiletries and double shower heads in the beautiful shower. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Excellent accommodation at a great price
Our contact was approachable and responsive 24/7 and very friendly. The support staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and the location is central to both the Old City and the New City. I would warmly recommend it to everyone.

Great location! Must be able to climb steps.
Very nice staff - very helpful with everything. Common area kitchen allows you to make lattes and cappuccinos for free, which is very nice!! Room is nicely appointed, hotel is in a great location. Not for the disabled, as you have to climb several (15) steps to get into and out of the hotel. Other than that, a great place to stay!

I was very happy with these accommodations. They were clean, and the staff was so helpful and pleasant! If I needed anything, I had it literally within minutes. It is not a traditional hotel (no front desk reception, but instead there is a person to contact via What’s App who is responsive and answers immediately). There are beautiful rooms to stay in, right across from Mamilla. Excellent location, and the price is significantly less expensive than the other hotels in the area. I highly recommend.

Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Clean rooms, equipped with nespresso coffee machine and variety of water bottles. Very attentive staff, great host. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response was quick and efficient. Great location for walking to all our destinations in Jerusalem. Highly recommend this lovely Boutique Hotel. And we would definitely return for another stay.

the hotel's location is great. we didnt really see any staff members other than one person who showed us in. He was very nice. The hotel itself can barely be found its a narrow entrance between a supermarket and another runned down building. The room itself was large and weel euipped but not very clean. I think its definitely not 9.2 rating (wonderful) and is overpriced. Its fine. Average.

Location is good, though there was a decent amount of traffic noise in my room, which overlooks a busy traffic circle. Check-in was smooth---I was sent punchcodes via WhatsApp, as there is no permanent staff. My room was clean, but the recent renovation was sort of shoddy, with sloppy painting and tiling. There is a roof deck but I was unable to access it because of ongoing renovations. There was a really unpleasant smell in the elevator; never figured out what it was.

The Mamilla View is an incredible find for a place to stay in the center of Jerusalem. The room was spacious and very comfortable. A bottle of wine and chocolates on the beds were waiting for us. Joseph, the owner, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In addition to amenities in the suite like an Espresso machine, refrigerator, coffee and teas and an electric kettle, there was a small cozy lobby adjacent to a kitchen with a refrigerator with milk that could be steamed and an ice machine. We will definitely come back to the Mamilla View for value and location in Jerusalem!

This hotel is a gem! Location and service are great. The only thing to be aware of is that there are 15 steps to enter the building to arrive at the elevator and another half flight of stairs depending on where your room is, something to consider if you are traveling with mobility issues.

Great stay! Amazing customer service — staff were very respectful and kind. Perfect location right across from Mamilla Mall, with a convenience store and barber nearby. Rooms are small but very clean, with a nice shower. The area is lively, but overall people are respectful. Joseph was especially caring and professional

I have stayed a few times at their properties. It’s always charming and well appointed. I will be staying there again in the future. Their office is near their rentals so they are available. The location is great - near Mamilla and you can easily walk to the Old City. I definitely recommend!
