Stay was great, nice comfy bed! clean and tidy, for the money its excellent Tracey on the front desk was great, lovely and friendly and as there was a little problem with the Hot Water in the rooms which was being fixed, i was given a £10 voucher to spend the next morning at any of the food outlets. All in all the place was a great stay overnight and i would definately stay here again.

Excellent.

Great welcome and very accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Directly opposite service station which made it easy to buy food and drinks. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. No hot water late at night when we arrived but there was in the morning. Be sure to close the room door as it doesn’t always shut tight.

We were quite comfortable staying here! It’s a truck stop, so there was laundry by credit card in the courtyard. There’s a McDonald’s, Costa coffee, and other shops right there! The hotel offered a discount card for purchase that can be used for dining at any of the options there. Staff was super friendly, and even delivered my Dominoes pizza to our room!

It’s was ok, the staff are great. The rooms are ok but nothing special. The rooms are quite noisy with the M25. If you come in via the barrier the sign should be bigger and clearer .

Check-in was quick and efficient. Parking was free overnight. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. One little niggle! I like to set 2 early alarms because I had an early 04.30 start but this function wasn't available on the TV in the room.

This hotel is at a service exit off the motorway. It is Looking a little worn in public areas. Linens were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was wonderful. For being a service area it was quiet. They offer vouchers for the food areas at 75% off but several places were closed or understaffed so think before buying. If you shower at a popular time the Water is totally cold. By the time w E found breakfast it was heating up. This hotel is ok if you are tired but if booking a Head I wouldn’t again.
