The property was in great condition very modern. Overall very clean and offered clean towels for everyday. Beds were comfortable. Huge pro was onsite free laundry with washers and dryers available. Nijo castle bus stop is across the street very convenient to get where you need to go or connect. Staff was very friendly.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Habitaciones limpias en muy buen estado y realmente espaciosas para estar en Japón. La entrada y salida se realizan de forma autónoma sin interacción con ningún miembro del staff en ningún momento. No es céntrico, el metro está a 10minutos caminando y hay paradas de autobús a 3 mins. Supermercados y convo is a 3 mins también.

とても清潔でアメニティも充実していました。 冷蔵庫が家庭用の冷蔵庫なのでちゃんと冷えるのが嬉しい！近くにスーパー、コンビニがある。 二条城駅前から二条城を通り越して10分程歩きます。

キャンペーン価格で料金は安かったが、部屋は広くて新しく、コスパが良く感じた。 しかし部屋に髪の毛が落ちていたり、カーテンレールが落下するなどのトラブルに対して、修繕や部屋の変更などの対応は無く残念であった。 こうした事態に対処できるよう、近くにスタッフを配置するなどすれば、もっと安心して滞在できるようになると思う。 良い部屋なので改善に期待します。

Really awesome apartment room that felt a lot bigger than on the pictures, easily the nicest hotel ive stayed in in Japan so far. It was within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants, as well as a train station for days you want to explore more of Kyoto. Highly recommend if you're thinking of visiting Kyoto

The hotel didn’t accommodate the date change. The Expedia booking changed the date itself. In the beginning of the booking showed it can cancel or make changes, when requested for date change never happened. It was unpleasant experience with booking, cancellation or requesting for changes. Expedia personal just sent an email about the unable to change the date. When I called to spoke the Expedia personal they always said not to worry and we will take care of it and I did not see the outcome that I requested. I would like to see a different outcome to take care of customer as promise.
