Our first stay was goodand great view to tein towers. Our second stay was terrible since we our bedroom AC was broken and thry could not fix it. Toilet had bad smell too

Great place with a view of the Petronas Towers from the balcony. The apartment is huge and really nice. Full kitchen with new appliances. It was one of the best places I've stayed in during my 3 months of travel through Southeast Asia. I highly recommend this place!

Choose another place in KLCC

Appartment smelled of smoke. We were not informed of how to get hot water for showers so we had to do showers in cold water. We were informed there was a restaurant but it wasn’t open during our visit. We asked for new towels which rhey promised but forgot. Only positive was the view

The room at The Manor was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. Nice kitchen - which sadly we didn’t really use - but nice to have option. MOBINUL KARIM was the person who checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. He was even nice enough to provide a corkscrew as we had forgotten ours. Wonderful service - very convent to Prince Court hospital and shops nearby. We have booked our remaining stay at The Manor.

Stayed at the property arrived late ftom our flight and Mohammed the host was very accomadating. The apartment itself was not the same as the ones listed in the pictures very bare needs some decoration and amenities. The apartment did not have a microwave,clothes airer,dish rack and basics like you usually get on a homestay some washing machine detergent kitchen roll sugar coffee tea bags to genyou through atleast your first night. Credit to Mohammed when we raised these issues they brought the microwave and clothes airer the next day. The tv was very small in the living room and did not work wouldnt even turn on checked all power cables etc. This was disappointing as i wanted to watch a movie with my kids. The views were absolutely phenomenal we had unobscured views of the whole city skyline with the petronas towers directly in fromt of us was the saviour to the apartment. The swimming pool was not what it looks like in the pictures small dirty gritty residue which is due to the corroding mosaic tiles which are so dangerous they feel like glass it actually got stuck in my foot. Best thing going for it is the view

- 1st when we arrived at the property around 3:10pm, i proceeded to check in but the Concierge there advised me to call the agent as it was run by a separate entity. Called 3 different numbers listed but to no avail. There were 2 numbers i called twice and another i called 3 times but no one was answering any of my call. I then go to VIRTUAL CHAT and was assisted by Rahma and Praduman on getting me relocate. At the same time, Praduman also trying to get hold of the agent. Finally at 4pm a boy came to assist me with the check in. The room is also not as nice as compared to my 1st visit to Manor. No proper shower gel. No other amenities given. Just two bathing towels. It was the worst holiday i ever had. On top of that we were given just 1 key card. Meaning to say, i have to wait for my cousin to come back only then we can go up the lift to our unit. Otherwise either 1 of us have to wait at the lobby. I will not recommend this property to anyone else. And Hotels․com MUST BLACKLIST this property and agent.

Vi bodde tre nätter och är mycket nöjda med lägenheten, det som saknades var husgeråd, men eftersom vi inte hade planerat att laga mat gjorde det inte oss någonting. Fantastisk utsikt och mycket bra läge. Tillgång till stor pool på 46:e våningen var en mycket trevlig överraskning. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Tack Mobinul Karim!

Appartment was very spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and even 2 kitchens. Excellent view from the balcony on the Petronas towers. Nice infinity pool. Check-in a little confusing as reception in the lobby is not working for the tenant. No towels on the apartment so we needed to wait for that as well. Overall a good choice if you want something near the KLCC and the petronas towers and prefer an Appartment over a hotel. Price wise I think it was still good.

Property was ok. We didnt get our original apartment which was being renovated so we had a different apartment than we booked without the view we paid for. We were ok with this but then got moved again the next day into another apartment. Day 3 they decided to come in and change all the beds, i mean the beds themselves (bed bases and mattress) as apparently it was an emergency. We had to come back to the apartment to let them in which was a pain as we were out.The apartment has no window furnishings in Bed 2 which makes it almost impossible to slaeep at night with the lights on in the lobby all night, we ended up jamming a sheet over the windows so the room was somewhat dark enough to sleep. There were no towels, we had to ring up and get some delivered. The kitchen is bare, theres nothing to cook with or even a toaster to make some toast in the morning. I dont like whinging about accommodation but 4 days of this place was well and truely enough for our family. Pool was excellent before 2pm, then its out of the sun so swim early.

Suite is privately managed, very poor communication with the agent. Made us wait 2hrs in the foyer to store our luggage, wouldn't answer calls from us or security or reply to messages. Very rude also, hanging up on calls.

We would have left this property early if our room was refundable. Dirty towel left in bathroom. No hand towels or bathroom mat provided which meant the floor was slippery after showering. I requested these twice but only given bath towels. No hot water for showering and ignored by the host when I mentioned this. Good kitchen but Nothing to cook with. Nice large wardrobe but not one coat hanger! Very poor introduction and guide to the property facilities by the manager. I would not recommend this property, there are much better in the area.

The property is very nice and clean. We booked the Twin Tower view, however, on our 1st night, they took us to the room that was not Twin Tower view. It still has the view and high floor but we paid for the Twin Tower view. They moved us the next day to the room that has the Twin Tower view and it was spectacular esp at night. We enjoyed our stay in Kuala Lumpur. One thing that I may suggest to the property manager is to put extra toiletries in the unit esp if no housekeeping is available on hand. We stayed for 4 days with a small bottle of shampoo and soap. Overall, the unit is spacious and clean. The staff, Mobinul Karim, who checked us in and met us at the propery was very patient and helpful.
