Great place to stay, breakfast was good but it was very busy on the first morning with what looked like a tourist group in, the staff were flat out - second morning was a lot quieter - I stay here regularly & it suits my needs well

8/10 Very good

We have stayed previously at this hotel and it seems the furnishings and carpets, etc could use a deeper clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We like the location with the proximity to the city centre a short drive away. Lots of construction in Melbourne going on and of course the traffic is usually busy.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Nice sized clean room and friendly helpful staff. The hotel is a little dated. Staffing is minimal and there was no ambience at all in the hotel with the main bar/dining area not open much of the time. Bar facilities closed at 9:30.

The front desk staff is friendly and responds quickly. The breakfast is good, but the menu is the same every day. The shower room does not dry quickly after use. We really enjoyed the time we spent there

This hotel is fantastic. It's easy to get to, with a lot of tram services nearby, making it convenient to get into the CBD of Melbourne city as well as St Kilda and other suburbs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus the self serve breakfast is highly recommended. I hope to stay there again in the future.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Unfortunately we had to call maintenance as the air-conditioning needed attention, a reset in the ceiling and the bathroom door would not close as the lock was broken so that was replaced with a new one!! Everything else was terrific, comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower, lovely view 😊 and the breakfast was very nice. So apart from being very very hot for the first 2 hours or so it was a good pick. 👍
