I chose this hotel because it was rated high online. When I got here, everything looked dirty, the bed lumpy, room smelled, no air conditioning in the hallway. I was too tired to leave. Whoever rated this place as excellent is not used to excellent. I would say poor to below average.

The carpet in the room was very damp because of the humidity. There was brown long hair on the floor of the bathroom and on the bed. Outside it’s over grown with weeds and broken down spouts and broken drainage grates. Do not agree with the reviews online.

The staff was very friendly - check-in (although we were later coming in) was quick & efficient. The free breakfast wasn't spectacular but adequate. The location was just a little way from shopping and eateries but was perfect for the purpose we stayed.(There is a bowling alley next door but didn't take advantage of it). I recommend this hotel & will stay there again when in the area

The hotel is very nice in appearance. Had an issue with my toilet and they told me its been an issue with the toilets on the 1st floor. After they unclogged the toilet, they didn't clean up after they were done. I had to go into the lobby and ask people to keep it down at Midnight. I would have expected the staff to help limit the noise at that time of night considering where the rooms are.

When greeted by a warm smile with seamless processing and supportive instructions & information the customer is able to come to a warm comfort level after a long travel day right off the bat. I enjoy a swim and the pool here was heated and clean. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. A folks! Thanks!

We were given a room the was already occupied. Went back to front desk and was quickly rectified. We stayed on a Monday and had the pool to ourselves both times we used it, The kids loved that. The kids had plenty to eat for breakfast.

Toilet was clogged and not attached to the floor. Humidity creeped in even with air conditioner on which made everything feel wet. Live bad at nearby bar was heard loudly through shut windows and fans blowing. WiFi was terrible - unable to stream anything.

Worn out, dirty luggage cart with rusty wheels. Phone unplugged. Hot water was not hot. Creamer empty. Coffee watery. No tea with caffeine? Stale English muffins. Mediocre food. One apple moldy! AC vent clogged with dust. Wi fi doesn’t work. Can’t sleep-too bright. LED lights emitting from the clock and the mirror and bed frame. Super thin walls. Loud people stomping, slamming doors until 2 am! Trash cans overflowing with beer cans in pool area. Hot tub jets not working. AC unit outside drips, 2 large bags of trash outside back door. No vent in bathroom? Tub didn’t drain. Mattresses worn out. Paint chipped. Staff was nice but this place needs work.
