The staff were really helpful. The room was spacious for the price and had a portable air-con unit. Every evening you could help yourself to non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in reception. Free bottled water in your room, replenished daily. Free bike hire was an added bonus.

Nice hotel in a good spot. We stayed after a cruise, and were upgraded and allowed in the room as soon as we arrived at about 9.30am - obviously this can only happen if the room is ready, but it was really appreciated and made our day much easier. The Burrard is within about a 20 minute walk of Stanley Park, and 20-30 minutes from Granville Island via the 2 minute ferry from Hornby street. Staff were very friendly, and if we are ever back in Vancouver we will definitely stay at the Burrard.

Only critique was access to parking via a back alley that was often littered with trash and had homeless people which made entering feel unsafe at times because you needed to exit your car to swipe your card to enter.
