I loved my stay. The hotel was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and nice. My room was spacious and quiet.Wifi worked great. Bathroom has rainfall showerhead and hot water worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!

It is not a hotel. I wasn’t given an invoice. Just a note. The room had no ventilation, no air condition. The sheets were not clean and had hair.. Overall, it was filthy.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms do not have air conditioning, no desk, insufficient place to put suitcases conveniently. Biggest issue is manager at reception is largely inaccessible despite calling, texting. This became an issue when we wanted to check out one day early (we stayed 3 nights). We learned that only the manager can do refunds. She was not in hotel when she was supposed to be. She did not respond to calls. When we finally saw thel manager, she refused to refund us for 4th night even though we cleared the room, returned key and notified person at reception early in the morning on day of checkout. The manager refused to call her manager, but eventually manager came. Jennifer lied about being at the hotel the day before but later admitted she was not there. Too much hassle, nonsense. It is too bad as these issues could be addressed but no will to do so.

Can’t find where to enter

First of all, you can’t find the door to enter! There is no name of the hotel and the number is up high but not near the entrance door. It’s closer to a large driveway door. When I told them this, they just laughed and said yes, other guests have mentioned it also. I suggested they take a piece of paper and write the number on and tape it to the door bell. They just stand there and giggle. Luckily, they gave me a room on the first floor. My friend had to carry his suitcase up 3 flights of uneven stairs. I couldn’t find a light next to the bed. I asked at the front desk if they had a lamp, he said no. Later my friend told me that there is a lamp in the top of the headboard. The switch was on the other side of the bed. The guy at the front desk could’ve mentioned this. There was only 1 electric outlet, by the light switch.

Buena ubicación y lindo, pero…

El hotel esta lindo y muy bien ubicado, solo tiene detalles tan simples de resolver para que sea un lugar al que consideraríamos regresar. Las almohadas están llenas de bolas, las camas son duras, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, por lo que tienes que pedir un ventilador y te dan uno de torre demasiado pequeño por lo que el aire da al colchón (tuvimos que voltear un bote de basura para usarlo de base). Un día no tuvieron toallas para nuestra habitación, así que tuvimos que salir sin bañarnos. El internet tiene muy mala señal, así que pide estar en el piso 2 que es donde esta el modem. Otro punto a considerar es que las habitaciones no tienen escritorios, por lo que no es opción si vienes en plan de trabajo.
