Staff were excellent overall. There was an issue on Saturday night with many teenagers in big groups, who made alot of noise ,and which their guardians and hotel staff found it difficult to get them to be more respectful of other guests!!

Nice stay for 3 nights in Riga

Good hotel, the room is quite small, but very cozy and clean. Bed us comfortable, shwer is great, the only issu was with a dump smell from the bathroom. I had breakfast and it was delicious, good choice and quality. Also I have used gym snd SPA, it was great.

Three night stay - room not cleaned (ECO nonsense) despite our requests. Clean Towels only after repeated requests. In heavy rain my wife asked for some milk for tea - they refused and insisted she go to the supermarket for a small amount of milk! Definitely not 4 star or even 3!

Good location of hotel, hotel reception welcoming and staff friendly. Small double room booked - room cold, dated, thin towels and informed have to pay extra for extra towels and pillows. Rooms not very private as it looked directly into other hotel rooms. Overall a safe and somewhat comfortable stay however expensive for the service provided and wouldn’t stay again as not value for money.

Comfortable stay at prime location

This hotel has very goood location near all attractions, like jugend style houses and old town. The shopping center Origo is in 100m distance, where you can buy groceries and clothes. Mc Donalds and Subway are also eight around the corner in case you need something very late or miss a breakfast. The standard room is quite small, but has everything that is needed, also a small fridge. The separate beds are very good and air condition was working, which was our pre-condition for choosing the hotel. Breakfast was on a good northern european level offering most sorts one can imagine. Extra mention for very good country style thick bacon. The only minus comes from coffee, which was provided by automat and wasn't very good. The hotel also has a garage, but it has some limits for car size. The price for garage sas 22€/24h. Generally a very nice stay and will be coming back.

Locatio is exelent for all is clouse you can walk or use publictranpotation it is many stop for different direction in Riga nearly hoyel only bad thing was at time to time it smell bad in room from sewer and it take 3 star down from average.

At check-in, I was left waiting while the receptionist appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with friends. This didn’t create a welcoming first impression and felt unprofessional. At check-out, I requested a modest 30-minute extension so I could shower after completing a half marathon. Unfortunately, this was declined quite bluntly, despite the circumstances. A bit of flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way in improving my overall impression of your service.

Friendly service at check in and check out, close to public transport, though Riga has some well documented issues with drunk people at night around the station I was well out of earshot with a 3rd floor room, courtyard window & air con. Free wifi was frustratingly slow and kept losing it, but I had issues all over Latvia which surprised me as they have some of the fasted internet speeds in Europe apparently. Free fridge and kettle, ample storage space. Excellent value overall.
